GestureOverlayView

android.gesture.GestureOverlayView is transparent overlay for gesture input that can be placed on top of other widgets or contain other widgets.



Modify main.xml to add GestureOverlayView on layout:

 android:layout_height="fill_parent"

<TextView

 />
<android.gesture.GestureOverlayView
 android:id="@+id/gestures"
 android:layout_width="fill_parent"
 android:layout_height="fill_parent"
 android:gestureStrokeType="multiple"
 android:eventsInterceptionEnabled="true"/>
</LinearLayout>
